Specimen Observations
Globba winnitii, Mauve Dancing Girl, has not been an easy plant for me. It seems much more delicate than other Globba species. I have killed many of these plants. Other people I have spoken to find this plant easy but I think it takes more than a novice to grow it. The 2003 to 2004 season is the first year that I have taken it through a dormancy period.
