The mounding habit of this plant makes it ideal for those bare spots in need of life. It gives texture to rock gardens and steps. A good performer in the Gingergarden.

Culture:
The bat-faced cuphea likes plenty of sun and regular watering. Like most cupheas, it is miserable n the shade. In too little sun, it may look like it is doing well but it gets scrawnier and scrawnier until one day it just gives up.
