Quisqualis Indica is a fast growing vine with vibrant red flowers. Actually, the flowers open white and slowly turn red through the day. By late afternoon the flowers are deep red. It is fragrant and fast growing.

The fragrance is fruity and carries well in still air. I can easily smell it from fifty feet away.

In one year it has grown fifteen feet tall and ten feet wide.

Culture:

Quisqualis indica is growing in unammended soil and receives about 5 hours of direct sun everyday. It is trained on a home made bamboo trellis. It gets watered via drip irrigation.
